We are a small, fully licensed and insured, corporation with 15 years of contracting experience. We will be available throughout southern Montana and Wyoming and are based out of Bozeman. We offer honest, affordable and reliable contracting for all of your concrete coating needs.
What types of services do we offer?
Basement Barrier Systems can apply damproofing, waterproofing, and insulating drain board or dimple board to your concrete foundations, with an exciting product that allows you the option to spray to the top of the foundation, even above grade. Unlike the asphalt style waterproofing, it has a UV protectant that keeps its color (medium gray is standard) from fading or being affected by sunlight. All of our damproofing and waterproofing is water-based, which allows backfilling as soon as the same day, and is environmentally friendly. The insulating drain board we offer has an R value of 4 per inch thickness. Combined with its outstanding drainage performance, affordability and a manufacturers 30 year warranty when combined with our waterproofing, it is a great product to offer your customers. Studies have shown that modern homes have such great insulation throughout upper levels that the home may lose up to 70% of its heat efficiency below grade. We have many other options for “drain” board such as dimple board and drain strips which can replace the drain pipe and gravel drainage system around the footer of your foundation.
